Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional for serving)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix chicken with cumin, chili powder, and 1 cup of cheese.

Spoon the mixture into tortillas, roll up, and place in a baking dish.

Pour enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
